particularly nice breakfast, fantastic location just next door to metro and buses and river and a bus station going to the museum and to the city. spotless and cheap room and a storage space and a kettle inside. comfortable bedroom, very delightful experience and fast check-out.

The employees were helpful and the room and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for my needs.
But I would not consider this a 4 star hotel by any means. Would be nice if there were english speaking channels, availability to purchase tickets for tours. Equipt the room with more hangers and an iron, even a coffee machine would be nice. What about a directory of local places to eat and shop so you can plan your day. Found the rooms to be a little small and a lot of street noise.

location was perfect for our trip. And room size was pretty good for the price and the fact it was small and not like all standard hotels was nice. shower was great too!
the aircondition seemed only to work for a small period of time at night which was a bit annoying if having an afternoon siesta, walls were quite thin, staff though helpful didnt know what was happening in town so when told shops would be open - due to a public holiday all the main shops were actually shut so investigate for yourself but these are small things overall still had a lovely time

interesting modern design with a few little quirks, close to old town and taxi rank, spacious comfortable rooms, good free wifi.
rooftop pool not in use (stayed in may 2011) and terrace looks abandoned. if walking from main station, you have to walk across the diameter of the old town to get there (maybe half an hour with luggage) so consider a taxi.

Nothing except the staff were helpful and it was near to the old city and The Turia gardens.
Dreadful noise of traffic from 4 lane highway was very obvious from hotel's situation.I requested a quieter room and -beware anyone else who does this-was sent to a windowless back room which was equipped for disabled people and had a horrid black roller blind full length on one internal wall which when raised revealed a very eerie air conditioning patio luce with huge pipes rising through the hotel. This was supposed to give some light to the room but was horrible. Also noise from behind this window of air con really loud and the TV could only recieve 1 english programme- Sky news but only worked intermitently .

Had a room with either twin beds or a double bed, and the bathroom was spacious with a handy wake-up service available. A nice touch was having a balcony to enjoy, along with some extra storage space, and a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee ☕️.

The room was comfortable, the staff competent and helpful. The location was within easy reach of the old city. Plenty of hot water.
There was no information about the hotel or facilities in the room, nothing on how to work the television, how to book an early morning call, the restaurant next door, breakfast times etc. Our room overlooked the road, so was noisy at times.

The location is very central and can walk to old town with ease. It is not near the beach so if you want to be near the beach this hotel is not for you. Would not rate it 4 star but comfortable 3 star. Breakfast disappointing but it is an inexpensive hotel so did not expect a lot of choice for breakfast. Staff excellent and very helpful

good value for money in a great location. breakfast was great and staff helpful. room clean and fairly quiet of an evening even in such a great cental location. plumbing a little dodgy but it was the old part of town so quite understandable.
